IntellecTechs is currently hiring for a System Analyst and a Personal Computer Support Technician to support the Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division Research and Engineering Facilities Management Team at Patuxent River, MD for a multiple year contract.                           
Responsibilities include Program Analysis of Navy Marine Corps Internet (NMCI). The Contractor shall provide analytical support for a wide range of Navy Marine Corps Internet (NMCI) processes including; The Contractor shall provide active ongoing communications with management regarding IT aspects and impact of changes to the NMCI business plan and understand physical infrastructure to ensure requirements can be met or identify other solutions. The Contractor shall work with Information Assurance Office (IAO)/Security Administrators(SA)/Facilities Managers to obtain and review drawings and other related information. The Contractor shall provide after-hours facility access to NMCI deployment teams during technical refresh. The Contractor shall support assigned leadership at NMCI related meetings and conferences either by attending personally or providing briefing or speaking materials for government use. The contractor shall provide organizational leadership NMCI-related advice and guidance. The Contractor shall maintain all staff executive equipment accounts during systems deployment and refresh. The Contractor shall maintain SOP’s that conform to applicable laws and government directives and provide associated training for all subordinate NMCI POC’s. The Contractor shall operate office equipment such as facsimile machines, copiers, personal computers with peripheral equipment, programmable telephones, scanners and shredders. The Contractor shall  maintain the automated workflow tools and reports referencing all stages of projects from requirements initiation through project completion. The Contractor shall review new project development and provide analysis to the Deputy on a real-time basis. The Contractor shall  recommend Automated data collection system design and make recommendations for automated system development of alteration. Duties:
  • The incumbent performs a full range of cleaning duties in an assigned area without instruction, such as cleaning offices, committee rooms, restaurant facilities, public corridors, stairways, restrooms,elevators, public restroom and other facilities.

    Performs tasks such as vacuuming rugs and carpets. Sweeping, mopping, waxing, dusting, polishing furniture and window sills, cleaning marble mantles, fireplaces, baseboards, bookcases and wash bowls.

    Emptying waste baskets and ash trays

    Uses cleaning equipment and material such as vacuum cleaners, push brooms, cleaning rags, mops and certain cleaning powders and solutions.

    The incumbent also carries out a variety of cleaning custodial duties that involve handling, moving, and controlling heavy powdered equipment and performs minor cleaning equipment maintenance.
  • Establishes a priority for any non-routine work. Resolves routine problems. Handling, moving, and controlling heavy powered equipment and performing minor equipment maintenance. Cleans and makes adjustments to equipment. Uses heavy powered cleaning equipment such as wall washers, carpet cleaning machines, and industrial-type buffers.
