We are currently looking for technology experts in the Philadelphia area.
o Application Developer
Self-Starter to design, develop, maintain and support VB6 and VB.Net applications
Requirements include:
Experience as Software Engineer and Developer
Experience in MS Development (Visual Studio 6 thru Visual Studio 2010)
and server (Windows Server 2003/2008 and SQL Server) environments
Comfortable doing legacy VB6 development and conversion to .Net development
SQL server experience including
o Software Application Support Technician
Principal point of contact to the customer/end user in responding to
questions regarding product usage, the resolution of system failures
related to the computer software components for our custom software, and
to assist users with setup of systems on an as needed basis.
Responsible for coordinating the resources and materials necessary to
resolve the tickets assigned to you.
Requirements:
Comprehensive knowledge of computer hardware and software concepts.
Excellent internal and external customer service skills.
Ability to work in a team environment presenting a professional image commanding the respect of staff and peers.
Ability to multi-task with strong initiative and problem solving skills.
