From DC: I-395S toward Richmond; take VA-644 W (Exit 1B) exit toward Springfield. Take Old
Keene Mill Rd ramp then bear right onto the Brandon Ave ramp. Stay right on Brandon to traffic
light at Brandon/Commerce. Turn right on Commerce and follow to the Waterford on the right.
From Richmond: Take I-95N to exit 169 A towards Franconia. At light turn left onto Loisdale Rd.
Make a U-turn at Bowie Drive. The Waterford Reception Center will be on your right.
