Job Description
The PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Ethics & Compliance (E&C) Office advances and fosters integrity based decision making and conduct by PwC professionals throughout our organization. We promote and monitor compliance with applicable external laws and regulations as well as internal policies and procedures, and thus help manage PwC's regulatory, litigation and reputational risk. The Government Ethics & Compliance (E&C) team has responsibility for state and local ethics and compliance policies and procedures, including identifying regulatory and business requirements; drafting and obtaining approval for policies; establishing and executing internal controls; and establishing procedures to promote compliance with those policies.
Position/Program Requirements
Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 7


Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree


Knowledge Preferred:

Demonstrates proven intimate knowledge and understanding of, and/or success in roles involving, managing Government Ethics & Compliance policies and practices, preferably for a global network of professional services firms, emphasizing the following areas:

- Identifying regulatory and business requirements, leveraging and applying knowledge of Federal and international contracting and compliance policies and procedures;

- Establishing and implementing compliance policies and procedures, especially the identification, analysis and understanding of statutory and regulatory compliance requirements--e.g. lobbying, political contributions, pay-to-play, gifts, conflicts of interest restrictions--for each jurisdiction; and,

- Providing advice and counsel on state and local regulatory compliance, as well as federal and international contracting and compliance policies and procedures.

Prior success in managerial roles with direct involvement with federal regulatory entities, such as DCAA and DCAM, are preferred.


Skills Preferred:

Demonstrates proven intimate abilities and success in roles supporting the development, vetting, and/or implementation of other government-related compliance policies and procedures, preferably for a global network of professional services firms, emphasizing the following areas:

- Working independently to manage tasks; and,
- Coaching and managing staff, as needed.
