Six Month Information Technology Course in Miami, Florida
A friend, Shannon Jernigan sent this information to me to share with you.
SIX 6 MONTH INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY COURSE IN MIAMI, FL
This is an intense course that will give the veteran a huge leg up on the employability ladder. Students will learn the theory, practicum, and prep for the tests to become certified in 5 areas. A+, N+, S+. Comptia, and 2 Microsoft Technician certificates. The Post 9/11 GI Bill and VA Voc Rehab will pay for their tuition. While in class, veterans receive BAH which will pay for their shared rooms in a 3 bedroom condo just 2 blocks from the University. The VA Hospital is a short 15 min FREE ride on the tram which stops just in front of the school. The University will accommodate for MD appointments at the VA Hospital. Classes are Mon-Thur 0800 - 1600 with Fridays as a make up day or for Tutoring if the veteran needs extra help. OUr goal is to help the student pass all 5 of the Certification Tests the first time. The cost of the tests are included in the course fees. The housing accommodations are top flight and include kitchens, living rooms and laundry facilities. Students are expected to keep their quarters clean and neat. Professional cleaning is provided once per month by the University. One of the issues of the past was disrespect for the staff and professors. This is not tolerated. They are there to help you learn the material and pass the tests, so [lease keep that in mind. The next class begins on July 1, and the one after begins on 3 September. If you are interested or know someone who could use a leg up, and is interested in These certifications, please email me at shannon.jernigan@vet-power.org and provide me with their phone so that i can speak to them in person about the course. I will then send them a complete application packet. The application fee is waived for all veterans. Atlantis University is an International, VA Certified, Veteran Friendly University. If you would like, call me at 915-727-2075. Sincerely, Shannon Jernigan, CPO, USN, Ret.,DAV, Founder, Vet-Power.org
