Network Engineer – Senior    -  Washington, DC (NCR)

    Evaluates, designs, documents, installs, implements, tests, and performs problem isolation and resolution. Monitors, tunes and sets standards. Maintains a complex range of computer network components and systems. Plans and coordinates major information technology initiatives. Researches, evaluates and recommends new computer network equipment and technologies. Devises solutions to complex operational problems within the capacity and operational limitations of installed equipment.

Requirements

• BA/BS or equivalent + 8 yrs. of Network Engineering experience
• CCIE Certification (routing and switching) preferred
• CCNP Certification required
• ITIL v3 Certification preferred

• DoDI 8570.01m Certification required

• Experience with CISCO, Foundry, SONET, Juniper, Voice and legacy equipment

Security Requirements

• Must have a Top Secret-SCI security clearance or be SCI eligible

SharePoint Administrator - Intermediate Washington, DC (NCR)

    Serves as a SharePoint planner and assists the Service Desk Manager in applying Microsoft SharePoint 2010 services, capabilities and features to solve issues and integrate and collaborate agency information using in-place technology; installation, operation and maintenance of multiple VTC systems, and Service Desk functions in support of the customer. Assist in managing the trouble ticket system and coordinate priorities with numerous functional areas to ensure timely completion. Interface for customers and perform troubleshooting and problem resolution for multiple locations and networks. Manage user accounts in Microsoft Windows Server environment.

Requirements

• AA/AS or equivalent + 8 yrs. of experience
• ITIL v3 Certification preferred
• DoDI 8570.01m Certification required
•  2 years experience working with Microsoft Products 
  
• Knowledge of systems quality assurance, integration, migration, and SharePoint 2010/.NET capabilities
• Strong MS platform knowledge and skills

Systems Engineer (Storage) – Senior   -    Washington, DC (NCR)

    Provide specialized expertise within multiple IT systems such as: Exchange Server 2010, VMWare 5.1 as well as general knowledge of related disciplines. This would include performing installation, administration, troubleshooting and support of server operating systems/services, storage, and Data Center solutions.  Oversee the implementation of system specifications; integration, testing, and documentation are a key part of the role.  Exhibit strong technical skills as they relate to numerous systems and storage technologies including but not limited to: NetApp, Windows Server 2003/2008/2012, Exchange Server 2007/2010, Microsoft SQL Server 2008/2012, DC’s/DNS, DFS, Active Directory, DHCP, Wave, IIS, VMware vSphere 5, ESXi 5, Cisco UCS/Nexus, Infoblox, SCCM, Hyper-V.

Requirements
      • BA/BS and  7-9 years working in a Windows Environment (Windows Server 2008 R2, SharePoint, Exchange, etc.)

• MCTS or equivalent certification required
• ITIL v3 Foundation certification preferred
• DoDI 8570.01m Certification required
